Joldhaka E-Seba is a non-profit utility Android application developed to serve the residents of Joldhaka Upazila, Nilphamari District.
The app provides easy and quick access to emergency services, upazila and union-level information, official government portals, and other public service links.

The app uses a minimal number of permissions, only to support essential features and only upon user interaction:

  Required to load external websites through Android WebView, such as government portals, education results, land records, passport services, weather updates, and job search platforms.

   

• Phone Call (CALL_PHONE):
  Used to allow users to directly call emergency services or government contact numbers when they choose to do so.

   

Additionally, the app may open other applications through intent-based actions, such as:

• Phone Dialer

   

• WhatsApp

   

• Facebook

   

• Messenger

   

• Email

   

All such actions are fully controlled by the user and handled by the respective apps installed on the device.
No information is collected, stored, or transmitted by Joldhaka E-Seba during these actions.

 

The app uses Android WebView to open external websites for user convenience.

Since the app does not collect any user information:

• There is no sharing of data with third parties.

   

• There is no risk of data misuse or leakage.
